"Peltier-assisted liquid-cooled computer enclosure"
was recently awarded on October 19, 2010, with an original provisional filing date of March 6, 2006.
The patent shows a design for a computer enclosure. Heat is passed from the heat-generating components directly to a non-conductive liquid coolant. Some of the heat is expelled directly to the environment via a heatsink "chimney", and some is expelled with the help of a thermoelectric heat pump.
