BRANE COMPUTER
The idea is to create the most compact and powerful supercomputers for the cost.
The Brane Computer is a desktop supercomputer that squeezes the most power possible out of 64 (or more) off-the-shelf processors in the space of one oversized desktop machine (1'x 1'x 2'). Using submersive liquid cooling technology, the Brane can have its processors all overclocked to significantly increase its computational power.

The technology is further explained in the patent:
US Utility Patent #7,817,423
"Peltier-assisted liquid-cooled computer enclosure"
was recently awarded on October 19, 2010, with an original provisional filing date of March 6, 2006.
The patent shows a design for a computer enclosure. Heat is passed from the heat-generating components directly to a non-conductive liquid coolant. Some of the heat is expelled directly to the environment via a heatsink "chimney", and some is expelled with the help of a thermoelectric heat pump.
